Include your planned quantity per design and list accessories separately. Racks, mats, cases and packaging should be reviewed with the tile specification. Mixed designs, branding and packaging options are confirmed for the project; they are not assumed to share one minimum.

The quote should separate products, customization, samples and delivery. Confirm the currency, price basis, quantities and included components. Lead time starts from the agreed approval and payment conditions, with freight and your review time considered separately.

Retain the approved product code, artwork version, specification and sample. For a repeat order, identify anything that has changed and confirm current materials, quantities and timing before production is planned.
