Before the production run
See it. Hold it. Consider every detail.
Use a sample to answer the questions a screen cannot: how a tile feels, how the colors sit together and how the complete set fits.

Choose the purpose of your sample.
Are you comparing a material, reviewing an existing collection or approving a custom configuration? Describe what you need to learn. The sample quotation should confirm which pieces and custom details are included.
Confirm scope, cost and timing.
Sample availability, fees, delivery and any later credit are confirmed by project. For custom work, the schedule also depends on the artwork and specification being ready. Confirm these terms before arranging the sample.
Review in a consistent way.
Compare the sample with the written specification, use good light and review the full inventory. Test accessory fit and packaging. Send one clear list of changes with photographs so each point can be resolved.
- Artwork and color.
- Dimensions, edges and finish.
- Tile inventory and accessory fit.
- Packaging and complete contents.
Make approval a shared reference.
Confirm the final configuration and any agreed changes in writing. Keep the approved physical sample with the specification. Both are useful references for reviewing the production order and planning a reorder.
