Product presentation.

Images and collection descriptions help you discuss a product direction. Some materials may be design presentations rather than photographs of finished goods. Confirm the actual materials, dimensions, inventory, customization and included accessories in a written specification.

Quotation and approval.

Any future order will require a project-specific quote stating quantities, prices, currency, sample scope, payment terms, timing and delivery basis. Website content or a requested arrival date does not replace those agreed terms.

Artwork and changes.

Provide only artwork and brand materials you own or are authorized to use. Confirm the approved file version and specification before custom work proceeds. Changes may affect feasibility, cost and timing and should be agreed in writing.

Samples, delivery and issue resolution.

Sample charges, any order credit, inspection arrangements and the handling of discrepancies must be agreed for the project. A live business service will publish terms consistent with its actual operating arrangements. This page is a process overview for the prototype, not a complete set of sales terms.
